Q: Do you offer quantity discounts?
A: Current coupon codes are always listed on the home page.
Q: What are your shipping rates?
A: We have flat shipping rates for all orders, regardless of size:
U.S. - $5.99
Canada - $6.99
All other countries - $7.99
Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: There is now no minimum order.
Q: Do you sell the items in your pre-sorted packs individually?
A: Items are available only in quantities you see listed on this site.
Q: Can I pick up my order locally?
A: There is no pickup available, all orders must be processed online and shipped.
